how'd you do it!?!?
I can't really remember =/, I think I took a photo, after that I blurred it. Right after that, I went to add a lens flare in the center of the picture. After that I just mess around with layers, create another layer, gradient it and change the layer mode.
Oh yea, this is done in GIMP.
